Includes up to 5 hours photography coverage. Perfect for smaller intimate weddings. Think backyard weddings, with 50 guests or less. For couples who want beautiful photos, without having a photographer there longer than needed

Includes up to 8 hours of photography coverage. Intended for couples who want every sweet moment of their wedding day captured, without feeling rushed, or like the day is revolving around the photos. 

Includes up to 10 hours of photography coverage. Designed for couples who wan't their day to feel relaxing, and more like just a day long hang out with their closest friends. Think lots of candid moments with friends and family documented artfully and intentionally.

1. Where are you located?

I am located in Fort Collins, CO and serve the Northern Colorado areas, including Boulder, Windsor, Loveland, Estes Park, and Denver. I also frequently am in Ventura, CA and surrounding areas since that is where I am originally  from, and will book sessions and weddings there as well. 

2. How many images are included?

The amount of photos you will receive in your wedding photo gallery varies depending on which package is booked. But typically you can expect a minimum 50 images per hour of coverage. 

3. Do you give out RAW (unedited) photos?

I do not. To me that feels like cheating, like only have the work is done. But don't worry I will make sure that you do not miss out on your memories and I am always more than happy to go back through if you feel as though I missed any! 

4. How does payment work?

Payments are broken up into four payments. The first is a $500 non refundable retainer, and then the remaining total is split into three payments spread out over the months leading up to your wedding. Payments are made through an online system using debit, credit, google/apple pay, or bank transfer. Auto pay is an option, but you will also be sent reminder emails before each payment is due if you choose not to set up auto pay.

5. How do I book you?

To reach our for your wedding, head to my contact page by clicking HERE. Within two business days I will respond via email and send you a detailed pricing guide that goes over all the packages I offer and any add-ons. After looking it we will jump on a zoom all to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. Then after the call I will send you a file containing your invoice, contract, and payment page for your retainer. Once the contract is signed and retainer is paid, then you will officially be in my calendar! Once sent I do ask that the contract be signed and paid within  two weeks. 

For the 2027 wedding year I will only be taking on 12 weddings. 

6. What happens if you can’t be at our wedding?

If anything happens and I can't be at your wedding due to sickness or an emergency, the first thing I would do is try to find a replace who photographs in the same style as I do, then they would photograph the day in my place, and I will edit all the images. If finding another photographer is not possible and I need to cancel services, then you would be refunded any monies paid and we would both be relieved of any obligations.

7. What if we cancel/reschedule our date?

If you have already put down a retainer, that retainer is non-refundable.
If you want to reschedule, that retainer will be valid for 6 months after the original date and can be applied to your new date. You may only reschedule one time.
If you want to cancel, the retainer is non-refundable. If you come back later and wish to book again a new retainer and contract will be required.  

8. How long have you been a photographer?

I began taking photos when I was in high school, and by the time I got to college I realized that it was truly all I wanted to do with my life. So after finishing college I began the steps to turn photography into a career. At this point I have 6+ years of photography experience. 

9. What happens if the weather is bad?

We will work with your planner and venue to ensure that they have a solid plan B for the ceremony in case of un-ideal weather. If it is safe to do so though, we will simply continue with the day as normal and embrace any weather that comes our way, including rain or snow. 

10. Will you photoshop us?

I will not. I am firmly of the belief that your body is beautiful the way it is and does not need retouching. The only exception to this is anything that wouldn’t normally be there, like ache or scratches. 

11. How many weddings do you take per year?  

It changes from year to year, but this year I am capping it 12 in order to make sure I am able to serve all my wedding and session clients without over extending myself.This includes in state and out of state weddings. 

12. How do travel expenses work?

I absolutely love to travel for weddings and I am more than happy to travel for yours! Travel is charged for weddings outside of 125 miles from Fort Collins, CO. After that I have flat rate prices for California and Colorado (my two most frequently travelled states!) and a flat rate for anywhere else in the United States. 

13. Do you offer discounts?

Only at select times of the year as promotion. They are not something I offer regularly. 

14. What is your turnaround time?

You can expect to receive your fully edited wedding photo gallery 6 weeks after your wedding date. Unless you add on a rushed turn around time, in that case it would be ready in three weeks. 

15. Do you help in the planning process?

I absolutely can! Any questions you have feel free to drop them over to me, I am in your corner and want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Included with every package is timeline and planning assistance where we can jump on a call (every package comes with two calls but you are more than welcome to do more or less with no extra cost) and I will sit with you and serve you in anyway that you need.  

16. Can we include our pets in the wedding? 

Yes of course! Pets are family too, so yes please bring them and let them be involved too! The only time I would say no, is if your venue does not allow animals. Basically, if the location where we are taking the photos allows pets then please bring them! And maybe also hire someone who can take of your pet during your wedding day, that way you can be fully present.
